Tucked into the corner of a newly created vaulted room, this en-suite brings years of Pinterest inspiration to life. After combining two rooms at the end of their home, Jess found space for a bathroom featuring the marble and brass details they had always loved. Created as part of a five-year DIY renovation, it’s a small but thoughtfully planned space that brings joy to their everyday routine.
"Well, this was actually a new space for us. We combined the two rooms at the end of the house to create one larger, open and vaulted room which then afforded us the space to create a very small, but very lovely en-suite tucked in the corner."

"I have always loved brass and marble, having saved countless examples on Pinterest, so it was an absolute dream to incorporate both into our en-suite."
"Gosh, well, yes, actually. We have done all the work ourselves here over the past five years, so it’s always a bit hand-to-mouth and done when we can. But mid-renovation (all the way back in 2024) my husband was actually hit by a car whilst cycling to work. It was one of those moments that put so much into perspective."
"It has to be the finishes - having always loved and wished for marble and brass, finally having them both in our tiny en-suite makes it such a joyful space to be in. It’s tiny, but it works and we love it."
