Our Heritage

The history of Roper Rhodes is intrinsically linked to the city of Bath, the ancient Roman city named Aquae Sulis or ‘the waters of Sulis.’ Founded in this home of bathing in 1979, we still call Bath our home today. For over four decades, visionaries have drawn inspiration from this historical city, and we, too, have combined timeless style with a commitment to quality and performance to create enduring bathrooms.

We appreciate that an investment in an important room like the bathroom requires quality and durability. You can rest assured all our products are subject to thorough testing against British, European, and ISO standards before they ever reach real bathrooms.

Our confidence in quality is reflected in our extensive guarantees:

  • Sanitaryware: 20-year guarantee against defects in manufacture.
  • Furniture, Taps, and Showers: 10-year guarantee against defects in manufacture.
  • Doors/carcases/mirrors: 10 years.
  • All electrical components: 2 years.
