We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification for the fourth year running. This result underscores our lasting dedication to maintain and continuously improve our workplace for everyone in the company.
This latest certification, awarded by the Great Places To Work® Institute in 2025 saw an impressive increase to an 80% staff participation rate, with extremely positive feedback regarding how safe, welcoming, and honest the workplace is. This reflects the company’s commitment to promoting an environment conducive to achieving personal and professional improvement.
Over the past year we’ve added further social events such as the Summer Barbecue, and regular Fika (a concept adopted from Sweden providing a social break from work for everyone complete with free coffee and cake) which have further promoted our togetherness as an organisation. This has been evident in the Great Place To Work® results, which clearly showed how well colleagues are treated regardless of race, sexuality, age or gender and the welcoming nature of the company for new starters.
