We place a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of our employees and provide various programs and initiatives that support mental health, physical well-being, and overall job satisfaction. This includes training our senior managers on Diversity and Inclusion and developing e-learning modules on Business Ethics and Sustainability to roll out to all our employees.
Community Engagement
We believe in giving back to the communities we operate in. This includes engaging in community projects, supporting local charities, and participating in local events to foster community relations. We started our community engagement and volunteering program, selecting the local charities that we will be helping by providing donations, supporting charitable activities and campaigns, and providing skills and time from our workforce.
