We were delighted to collaborate with Clare from @ourlittlechurchcottage on a stunning bathroom refresh. Inspired by the beautiful surroundings of her Worcestershire home, Clare's style is a masterclass in cottagecore, combining tasteful and classic design with homely details.

Before
While neat & functional, Clare's fitted bathroom was lacking the light and colour so characteristic of her interior style. Dark worktops made the space feel smaller, while modern brassware was at odds with the more traditional bathroom scheme.

Wanting to keep the traditional aesthetic while incorporating fresh, contemporary colour, Clare opted for our popular Burford fitted furniture collection in a charming Coniston Blue, with a white strata worktop and classic Washington handles.

We loved the fitted furniture that the previous owners of our cottage installed, but we wanted to put our own stamp on our bathroom and to brighten up the space by adding some more colour. We were able to do exactly that by simply swapping out the worktop and facias all in the space of a weekend.

The result is a look that is at once classic and playful. To complete the scheme Clare changed out her brassware for our heritage-inspired Keswick basin mixer and upgraded to an illuminated Frame circular mirror.
