At Roper Rhodes, keeping our customers and employees safe is our number one priority.

With the Coronavirus causing great uncertainty for everyone, we wanted to update you on the steps we are taking to deal with the current situation and to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to protect & support you during these times.

HOME-WORKING

We have taken all of our external sales teams off the road until such time it is deemed safe for them to resume normal duties. They are available to support you and of course, can be reached by phone or email during normal business hours.

To minimise disruption to our customer service operations we have deployed approximately half of our 26 strong customer service team onto home-working. Our systems allow them to answer your calls, respond to emails and process orders as if they were in the office.

INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES

We have implemented strict hygiene control measures throughout our facilities to keep our employees safe and thereby ensure we are still able to continue to fulfil your orders through our own delivery fleet on your usual delivery days and against our normal lead times.

ADDITIONAL STOCK

We have invested heavily in additional stock to ensure we can still meet your needs over the coming weeks and months. With a vast range of over 4,000 unique stocked items in our Portbury warehouse, we can comfortably continue to service your needs.
