To give you a sense of what it’s like to work here, we asked the experts, the people who are already here. We asked a cross section of our colleagues to give their honest opinion of life at Roper Rhodes.
Zoe, Accounts Assistant
I started my career in the bustling sales office as an apprentice. Roper Rhodes helped me obtain my qualification by enabling me to study alongside my day to day learning and tasks within the main office. I was then able to apply my new skills to a role in Accounts payable.
Dan, Deputy Shift Manager
I started working for Roper Rhodes 17 years ago, as a packer in the warehouse. In that time I have been promoted three times, so there is always room to move up the ladder here. It’s a friendly company, with a good benefits package and a twice-yearly bonus.
Caitlin, Sales Office Coordinator
As the youngest in the team, I was anxious that I wouldn't fit in, but I was instantly made to feel welcome and soon became part of the customer service family. Working in the customer service department is fast paced, there is always something new to learn!
Anna, Point of Sale
I joined as a temp before being offered a permanent role as a Warehouse Operative. I was then offered a position in our Point of Sales department. I am now responsible for preparing, assembling and organising the production of our displays which go out to Showrooms, all of which I really enjoy.
