Roper Rhodes worked with Berkeley Group to help create a stunning development of New England style lakeside houses and apartments, just minutes from Reading city centre.
The Specification Brief
Berkeley were looking for a range of furniture which would provide a fusion of Traditional and Contemporary design along with storage options coupled with the compatibility for use with a vessel basin across multiple bathroom types.
The Proposal
Roper Rhodes in partnership with the Berkeley Group design team worked on creating a new Bespoke furniture range that exceeded all of the specification requirements and standards set for this prestigious development. This included a special finish solid surface worktop which was pre-cut and drilled at the factory to the specific dimensions to house the Vessel basin option chosen by Berkeley. This provided the added benefit of a quick and time-saving installation process and eliminated any potential issues of having to cut the worktops on site.
The Result
The Roper Rhodes Hampton Bespoke range of vanity units and worktops has been specified across multiple phases of house types at GPV from 2015 until present. In 2019 this offer was updated to include a new colour finish and handle option at the request of the Berkeley Group.
